Policies and Procedures

*Upon receipt of your merchandise, you will have 2 BUSINESS DAYS to contact me with ANY issues. - If there are issues, YOU are responsible for cost of return shipping. If issues are due to my fault, I will cover replacement item and return ship back to you. **I will not replace any items that have been used or washed.**


**I do NOT allow refunds due to orders being custom made** 


*Custom orders NEED TO BE PAID within 12 hours, RUSH orders need to be paid immediately.  Failure to do so will result in cancelation of your order. Item(s) WILL NOT be completed until order is paid IN FULL. Please note, if a deposit has been made, it is non-refundable. Please see below, how to pay. 


*Normal processing time is 3-8 business days; unless stated, RUSH orders ARE ACCEPTED when requested. Additional charges WILL APPLY. In my busier season, processing time may be a few days longer. **Preorder items may have longer processing time** Bulk order items may have a longer processing time.*MYSTERY 

GRAB BAGS* Sales are final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Processing time may be longer - grab bags are done in bulk. 


*Once items are completed, you will receive notification email along with tracking number. Once the item(s) have shipped, IT IS OUT OF MY CONTROL.

Receipts and Shipping Notifications

Once your order is made, please provide your email and shipping address. I will send shipping info, to your email, once the label is printed from Shippo. If you’re needing a receipt, just let me know and I can send one to your email.
